HOW TO PLOT REFLECTION
This morning we did mental math to review also.. Then we wrote a note about " How to plot reflection"

How to plot a reflection

Step 1: Plot the coordinates of the original image
Step 2: Draw the reflection line (given question)
Step 3: Plot each reflected point an equal distance away from the reflection line
Step 4: Join the new points

Ex. Plot the qua drilateral A (1,0) , B (1,2), C ( 3, 3) , D ( 3,-1) reflect ( ABCD) in the y-axis and label the image A'B'C'D'

Ex. Plot the triangle X (-1,3) , Y ( 0,3) Z (-3,-1) Reflect the figure over the horizontal line that passes through (0,-2) label the image X'Y'Z'
