Parentheses - Brackets

Exponents - (5)(5)(5) = 53

Division - 6 / 3 = 2
Multiplication (first come, first served) - 6 + 6 + 6 = 18 - 6 x 3 = 18

Addition - 1 + 1 = 2 (verbally, "one plus one equals two")
Subtraction (first come, first served) 1 - 1 = 0 ( verbally, "one minus one equals zero")

    This is a good start Jahmal! I like your idea of saying, "first come, first served." I think that will help your classmates to remember this.

    You were posting as a scribe for one of the classes right? It would be helpful to let us know which day you were scribing for. What else happened in the class? Did we do any examples? Was there any homework? Did anything else happen that might be memorable?
