Scribe Post
Hello Christian here for the scribe post.



The first thing we did is mental math while playing BINGO. The winner of the game is Alisa for the second time. The mental math was about Multiplying Polynomials.

ex.

(3x²y²) (6abx²z³)
First step is you multiply the number coefficients = (3)(6)= 24 And then multiply the variables = (x²y²) (abx²z³)= abx³y²z³
put the two together= 24abcx³y²z³

The next thing we did is we went over to our tests about Adding and Subtracting Polynomials.

Then we did question number 16 in the paper that Miss Nicholson gave us about Algebraic Problems about Perimeter.

Ex.



So the first thing you do is add both sides.
-7x²+9
2x²-3
-----------
 -5x²+6
Then subtract the answer to the perimeter.
-20x²-10 = -20x²-10
 - -5x² +6 =+ 5x² -6
 --------------------------------
the answer is -15x² -16

and lastly we had the bag and we put money for donation now we have $66.00 :)

Adding and Subtracting Polynomials
Hi every one !
i am scribe post today and need to tell you guys what did we do in class

today in class Ms. Nicholson pass to us a bag for the world vision's gift catalogue and we put carpel of dollar that we can put.

Then she give us a quiz of Subtracting Polynomial and adding polynomial

(2(2x)+2x+5) - (2(5x) - 7x +4) first be for we do this. When we subtracted one polynomial from another we add the additive inverse ( opposite) of the polynomial that's being
Subtracted
Example: (2(2x)+2x+5)
(2(-5x) + 7x-4)
=(2(-3x)+9x+1

Adding
Example: (2(3y) - 8y+3) + (2(2y)+8y-9)

(2(3y) - 8y+3)
+ (2(2y)+8y-9)
=(2(5y)-6

Translating Mathematical Expressions
Sorry if my post is late because i went to a Filipino language test.
First we did mental math. And then we finished answering the assignment sheet about TRANSLATING MATHEMATICAL EXPRESSIONS like

"Add 7 to the quotient of -9 and 3"
=>(-9/3)+7
=>(-3)+7
=>4"

TRY THIS...
1. THE SUM OF 6 TIMES 9 AND 7
2. THE SUM OF NINE AND 10 TIMES 80
3. THE SQUARE OF 6 DIMINISHED BY THE CUBE OF 2 DIVIDED BY THE SQUARE OF 4-2
4. 10 INCREASED BY THE QUOTIENT OF 7 AND 49
5. THE CUBE OF 6DECREASED BY THE PRODUCT OF 12 AND 20
6. THE SQUARE OF THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 20 AND 90
7. 4 LESS THAN 7 TIMES THE SQUARE OF 2
8. 100 TIMES THE SUM OF 4 AND 7
9. 5 DECREASED BY 8
10. 2 MORE THAN THE SUM OF 5 AND THE SQUARE OF 10

Miss Nicholson gave back the unit test that we had last week. And she gave an assignment but I'm not sure what is it i think that we need to write in a sheet of paper all the wrong answers in our Unit test and correct it but if this is wrong please leave a comment and correct me.
